You will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Strategic Asset Management, Business Planning, and regional delivery teams to translate insights into tangible, value-driven investment programmes. Key Responsibilities - Develop and refine Sanctuary’s national asset reinvestment plan, ensuring it aligns with corporate strategy and financial sustainability.
You should have solid experience with CRM software (C4C training will be provided), MS Office (particularly MS Excel). - An understanding of basic design software would be an advantage although not necessary as training will be provided for our in-house 3D design software. - To be able to build genuine confidence and trust using excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
