You will lead the development and execution of site-wide refurbishment and refresh programs, as well as manage small-to-medium scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in programme management, building services, contractor oversight, fire life safety systems, and compliance, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.

You will work alongside Quality Engineers interacting across multiple functions at the site ensuring customer quality is at the heart of our business processes and decision making.

You will be responsible for operating a variety of machines in a 24/7 production environment within our wafer fabrication facility, producing recording heads for data storage products.

You will work as part of an established team reporting to the Research & Development Manager defining and driving leading edge technologies for future data storage technologies and products.

You will be part of a team developing and characterising new materials to be included into new product designs for Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR) head technology.

You will be working on the test of optical/photonic components, to be used in HAMR recording heads, within the Research and Development Department.

You will be working with engineers on projects that involve characterisation of devices and developing test best practice, with goal to improve device performance.
