You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cash flow within the company’s property portfolio, including tasks described below, and acting as primary point of contact for all banking related activities.

You will work with various stakeholders, internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all projects are managed from business case through to project closure.
You will influence through being a key member of relevant business steering groups, ensuring IT are a business enabler and aligned with key stakeholder’s initiatives.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Coordinating an extremely active calendar of meetings.
You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
You will report directly to the Operations Director, but you will have autonomy with your own teams and projects. Contract values range between £1M - £5M.
