You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered commercially and contractually successfully. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in retail, fit out, interiors, or refurbishment, or a QS from a construction background looking to move into the retail fit out sector.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be an active member of the Hospitals Senior Management Team and your ability to build positive working relationships is paramount.
