You will be confident in handling a variety of ad hoc tasks, adhering to engineering standards and Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and effectively to all building fabric-related issues and help desk requests.

You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

You will be the mechanical lead on a significant £110m healthcare redevelopment currently underway in the Surbiton area. This is a multi-year project focused on modernizing specialist clinical and mental health facilities. It is a technically demanding site requiring precise engineering and high-level coordination with a Tier 1 main contractor.

You will be required to carry out day-to-day plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, including patch plastering, skimming, and making good, alongside completing associated multi-trade works to a good standard, while delivering excellent customer service.
