Multi Site Manager jobs in Midlothian

You will drive the safe and efficient delivery of developments, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

You will motivate site teams and manage subcontractors, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for both the business and customers.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have relevant construction qualifications and experience in large projects. Responsibilities include managing site logistics, conducting inductions, and coordinating with the project team.

You will be focusing on supporting the team in enabling works phase of the overhead lines sites prior to tower assembly and erection.

You will be contributing to the increased network capacity required to deliver the UK government's pathway to 2030 and the transition to net zero.

You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - BA in Childhood Practise or willing to work towards is required by the SSSC.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of solutions. Core responsibilities involve managing dependencies, controlling technical debt, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.
