You will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and the software support team to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The position is office-based and would suit a motivated developer who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working as part of a collaborative team.
You will navigate complex financial markets, manage risk, ensure compliance, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.
You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).
You will be home based, but as Business Development Manager with customers in North West England, you will attend regular customer visits across the region.
You will be joining a close-knit and passionate team with a track record of entrepreneurial success, an ambitious vision, and a clear strategy to create long-term value in the business.
You will be required to deliver work to a high quality, working efficiently and within time and be able to work without supervision. A positive approach to new methods, equipment and problem solving are required. A number of years solving industry analytical problems within legal, manufacturing or development.
You will support the delivery of planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and installation of a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial and light industrial sites. Key Responsibilities:
You must have previous experience working as a SMART Repairer within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.
