You will be both hands-on in the field solving site issues, and backing this up with data analysis, fault finding, regulatory reporting and process optimisation skills. If you have a passion for making a difference in our role as environmental custodians and helping our teams operate in line with statutory regulations and codes of practice regarding wastewater treatment, this role could be for you.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks from supporting with invoicing and running reports, to liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Banbury office within our hybrid working policy. We are also open to discussing part-time and flexible working requirements.

You will be working across the geographical area of Banbury - OX16 4RZ, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works, along with managing a small multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians.

You will be used to taking the lead and achieving results, ideally within a similar industry.
