You will be responsible for undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance in line with legislative, ACOPS, OEM, railway standards and specifications.

You will play a vital role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing client requests, and ensuring high service standards are consistently met. The role is office-based, working as part of a busy team of two coordinators and three contract managers. Key Responsibilities

You will be encouraged to use your own initiative, contribute to business growth, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the planning discipline within the wider group. The ideal candidate will likely hold a formal qualification or degree in Town & Regional Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline.

You will be required to visit various client sites across London and the Home Counties predominantly commercial premises to carry out both reactive and planned maintenance and repairs across a broad range of trade skills/disciplines. Ideally you will already be carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works using your Electrical skills.

You will oversee all setting-out activities associated with the construction of large-diameter trunk mains and related civil works. The role ensures that works are delivered safely, accurately, and in accordance with design, quality, and programme requirements.

You will check subcontractor setting out, verify survey data, maintain detailed site records, and temporary works.
