You will take ownership of multiple sites, leading design development, coordinating consultants and supporting contract administration through to handover. Travel is a core part of the role, and a UK driving licence is essential. This is not a studio-bound position, and it is not a visualisation role.
You will be working on a number of contemporary hotel and mixed-use developments, both in the UK and overseas. It would be beneficial if you have a strong interest in Interior Architecture. The successful candidate will be joining an established studio of 30 people, based centrally.
You will have previous experience running and coordinating a talented design team. Previous client liaison experience is essential for this position. Working on projects both in London and internationally, join this vibrant studio at an exciting time.
