You must be comfortable working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and require both direction and compassion.

You must be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to build positive relationships with young people who have experienced trauma and instability.

You will provide high-quality care, promote independence and daily living skills, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records. The role involves supporting children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and those who may present challenging behaviours, while ensuring safeguarding, safety, and positive routines.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers, helping move opportunities forward, supporting customers, and keeping the commercial engine running.

You will gain exposure to sales strategy, commercial decision‐making, and data‐driven insight, giving you a strong understanding of how our Marine business operates day to day.

You will work in a trauma-informed way, creating a safe and supportive environment while promoting independence and recovery. Understanding the complexities of shared accommodation, you will manage challenges effectively, promoting a positive community. Your role will contribute to Housing Support Grant (HSG) outcomes, including improving well-being, sustaining tenancies and reducing homelessness.

You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins.

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, create and update data pipelines, and support the integration of new datasets to ensure high-quality, actionable insights are available across the organisation.
