You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups, helping to create a safe, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
You will also provide cover for short- and medium-term teacher absences, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities
