You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size.

You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs. Key responsibilities will include;

You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question-and-answer session

You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8 hour shifts.

You will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

You will be responsible for directing the global product quality and reliability team at the division level to ensure we develop, implement, and maintain best-in-class reliability and FA activities for Discrete Si, SiC and power ICs.

You will have a comprehensive, demonstrable background in power semiconductors / semiconductor physics and/or electronics engineering.

You will have budget accountability for a Work Stream or Work Package within the development programme

You will contribute to multi-year planning and internal/external funding proposals as required

You will be responsible for preparation of Technology Development Plans and Technology Business Cases within your project(s)

You will work directly with executive and project teams from GIC’s member companies - representing around $500 billion in combined annual revenue - to structure, manage, and execute cross-company projects that translate ambition into tangible industrial outcomes.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of GIC and collaborate daily with broader project team.
