You will deal with the QMS, creating reports to analyse performance and supplier issues, conducting internal audits, work with suppliers undertaking root cause analysis. This role is Monday to Thursday, 8AM - 4:30PM with a half day on a Friday.
You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of litigation.
You will work with Client Services to front client relationships as appropriate, ensuring the Copy function is always represented appropriately.
You will work on client brand activity and be the ‘go-to’ writer across a number of clients and therapy areas
You will work closely with the Client Services team to devise solutions that fulfil and exceed client expectations, and make innovative suggestions
