You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
You will support the team manager with day to day operational management of a busy and diverse team.
You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders.
You will support staff with day to day management as needed by the TM with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
You will play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of employees while ensuring professional and effective service delivery.
You should have a solid understanding of occupational health and employment legislation, along with experience in case management, providing OH advice, conducting medicals, and performing health surveillance.
