You will be supporting clients with engineering technical support and product returns. Full product training will be given.
You will also lead a small team of 3 . The role will be a combination technical work, leadership and customer service.
You will manage a varied portfolio of SME clients (limited companies, sole traders and partnerships), acting as the main point of contact and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves reviewing work and supporting the development of junior staff.

You will work closely with project managers, technical leaders, design engineers, clients, supply chain partners, contractors, planners and other stakeholders to deliver positive projects outcomes.
