You will need experience using 3D AutoCAD or Solidworks and any additional knowledge of electronics or PLCs would be advantageous, however PLC programming training can be provided.

You will be involved in testing the equipment and QA.

You will work with tools to assemble components such as pumps, valves, and pipework. Your role will also involve inspecting systems for faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring everything operates smoothly.

You will support operational teams in daily routines, monitor plant performance, and coordinate with external contractors or suppliers when required. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.

You will utilise PMS for prioritisation and RCFA problem-solving, liaise with OEMs for technical support and expedite unavailable parts. Reducing downtime through trend analysis and supporting 5S programmes will be key. All activities must be recorded in the Electronic Maintenance Management System and adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

You will be joining a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design team, working on a variety of interesting projects including engine and structural design for Military projects. Despite joining in a senior role, there will still be further opportunities todevelop and progress with the company.
