You will be responsible for delivering estimating and costing for new tenders within the Facilities Management / Building Services sector, specialising in Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric works, and Hard FM services.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, costing large-scale tender returns (£250k-£4-5m per annum), supported day-to-day by the Business Development Manager and Senior Estimator.
