You will provide technical direction, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovation in sustainable and digital construction.

You will report to the Heathrow Director, Huso Yildirim and manage a team of graduate, senior and principal engineers in Guildford, Basingstoke, Southampton and Heathrow.

You will be required to service and commission water treatment equipment (valves, heat pumps, tanks etc) as well as being responsible for tank cleanings, disinfection, water sampling and temperature monitoring.

You will bring proven experience managing complex projects from order through design, installation, and commissioning, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and commercial control.
