You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of mechanical components, working closely with manufacturing and testing to bring products from initial concept through to production. While experience in the performance aftermarket is beneficial, it is not essential.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants will be apprentice trained with a recognised engineering qualification - NVQ LEVEL 3/BTEC/C&G - 18th edition training would be great!
You will have vision, flexibility, and be open to change, and have the ability to follow rules and boundaries, delegate, challenge, and respectfully enforce.
