You will be working alongside an Electrical Supervisor and reporting into the Project MEP PD who has been managing all of the precon elements prior to moving to site in mid Feb. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out and about on site, managing the subcontract supply chain and making sure all is where it needs to be.

You will ideally have worked on schemes with MEP value over £15mil.

You will oversee technically complex mechanical refurbishments in live environments, helping public‐sector clients meet funding, compliance and Net Zero targets.
