You will be based in the Nottingham office, working across diverse, multifaceted HVAC and mechanical projects. Roles & Responsibilities - Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to prepare accurate HVAC/mechanical cost estimates - Complete detailed take-offs for materials, labour and equipment, ensuring competitive costings

You will liaise with clients regularly, attend meetings to discuss progress and findings, and ensure that the highest levels of service and professionalism are maintained at all times.

You will also oversee asbestos removal projects, from preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids to monitoring on‐site works and ensuring compliance with UKAS standards.

You will ensure compliance, monitor performance metrics, and foster stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mitigate risks.
