Mechanical Contracts Manager jobs in Farringdon

You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6–10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will take full ownership of programme delivery, cost control, site coordination and quality across ventilation-led mechanical packages valued up to £1.5m. Projects typically include supply & extract ductwork, ventilation systems, air handling installations, smoke ventilation and associated builders’ work within commercial and high-end environments.
