You will provide small group and 1:1 intervention and mentoring outside the classroom. This is a full-time role and will become a permanent role for the right candidate. Standards are high and the young people in the school are supported from day one with a uniform approach by teachers and support staff, and a calm, positive environment is noticed from the moment you enter the school.

You will work across year groups to deliver structured interventions in reading, writing, and maths. You'll support pupils who require extra help to meet age-related expectations, working closely with teachers to track progress and adapt support.

You will teach Maths across KS3–KS4, delivering lessons that promote fluency, reasoning and problem-solving across all areas of the curriculum.
