You will deputise for the Lead Social Worker in quality assurance meetings and support the delivery of safeguarding induction and update training across the hospital.

You will work closely with residents, internal teams, and partner organisations to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality housing services.
You will play a key role in tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and helping to shape services based on customer feedback and local needs.
