You will provide design leadership, coordinate technical delivery, and mentor junior team members, while working closely with senior colleagues on project and practice development. Projects include Education, Blue Light and Emergency Services, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Industrial developments, ranging from refurbishment works to large-scale new build schemes.
You will develop a culture of innovation in the data and analytics team leveraging new AI capabilities in our Tableau and Snowflake platforms, embedding a culture of matrix working across the individual business analytics teams and the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
You will have ownership of our quantitative offer across the marketing mix – including brand, communications, innovation, strategic and tactical work. You will be working in the Engineering Department 5 days a week in the office in Solihull. Some of the duties are - - Process data plate requests and vehicle certifications from chassis to completed build. - Create anchor point tags and associated certification. - Develop bespoke operator manuals for completed vehicles.
