As our Assistant Land Manager, you will identify, appraise and submit offers to acquire land opportunities to meet business requirements, including growth plans and margin improvement as well as enhance reputation in the marketplace....

You will be joining the fire-stopping section of our passive fire department.

You will be supporting the department manager in surveying, quoting, and installation of fire stopping products across our existing client base.

You will manage and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.

You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.

You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.
