You will:* Manage productivity, workflow, and operational performance in the packhouse. Rotate between packhouse and glasshouse when required (packhouse being the priority). Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all activities. Support training, team development and daily performance management.

You will share your specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies.
