You will enhance manufacturing operations, focusing on process improvement and day-to-day production support. The ideal candidate has a solid background in electro-mechanical products, strong CAD skills (especially SolidWorks), and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

You will manage your workload effectively, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement across service operations.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional and responsive service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring products meet quality, build, and delivery requirements.

You will support rapid prototyping, fabrication and small-batch production for engineering and RandD teams, working on components for advanced sensing, robotics and AI-enabled systems.

You will work closely with engineering and RandD teams, influencing and expanding in-house fabrication and AM capabilities.

You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and validation of FPGA-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on digital signal processing. Most development is targeted at AMD (Xilinx) platforms, including Zynq SoC devices, using the Vivado toolchain, although experience with other FPGA families is also welcomed.
