You will be responsible for: * Leading commercial delivery across multiple residential projects. Managing and mentoring Senior QS, QS and Assistant QS staff. Overseeing budgets, forecasts, CVRs and commercial reporting. Driving procurement strategy and subcontractor negotiations.
You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations
You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors, negotiating the cost of variations.
You will agree final accounts with subcontractors, ensuring all works have been carried out as required and analysing costs to assist on future estimates
