You will lead staffing and rota management in line with dependency and HPRPW, build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community, and work closely with the Regional Director, CRM, and Quality Team to deliver a clear plan for service growth and compliance.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, manage budgets and staffing, and continue to drive improvement and excellence in all aspects of service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
