You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business.

You will be driving growth, by Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.

You will then work your way through various departments including the trade counter to develop the skills needed for long term success. Around month 3 you will start selling. Calling lapsed/dormant accounts and self-sourcing new accounts Begin your industry leading sales training programme through BMS; designed to give you the skill set and structures to be successful and confident in your role.

You will set the operational direction, build strong leadership teams, and ensure our warehouses consistently deliver for our clients, our people, and the business.

You will design scalable operating models, embed performance discipline, and lead high‐performing teams to deliver exceptional service, operational efficiency, and safe, compliant workplaces .

You will need to scan any items that are moved or relocated to ensure a clear audit trail of all goods in from the Warehouse to the Studio Floor - Securely wrap all home samples, anything from little candles, picture frames to heavy furniture, sofas - Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace.

You will be required to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
