You will supervise labor and coordinate activities to ensure projects run efficiently, focusing on healthcare and educational sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction techniques and relevant certifications. This role promises a dynamic work environment with a focus on teamwork and inclusivity.
You will also undertake a Level 3 Project Controls Technician qualification over this time to compliment on the job learning alongside internal training to understand and utilise globally recognised tool sets and standards in Project Controls.
You must have (as a minimum) the following qualifications:
You will be involved in a broad range of activities such as: the creation of technical specifications for delivery, solving daily manufacturing problems, liaising with external suppliers for internal products and manufacturing issues.
You will take an active role in business improvement, and have the opportunity to carry out improvement activities.
You will deliver projects to the technical standards in a timely manner.
You will have experience in planning and design of road schemes including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, statutory processes, preparation of NEC contract documents. Experience of NEC Project Management is also preferred, although not essential.
