You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring your team, in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customer who often has a real passion for the outdoors. You will take a proactive approach to managing performance of the site and the people, identifying areas of development and supporting in line with succession & development plans. Working hours: Monday to Friday nights, 20.00-06.00 (Flexibility required to cover an occasional shift over a weekend)
You will have previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is a must and you must also be a qualified First Aider at Work.
