You will work closely with senior management, elected members, and service areas to ensure that the Council's use of information complies with all relevant legislation, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
You will be there to help inspire your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience in the business and help overcome any issues you come across.
You will have experience in running the show in a fast-paced customer facing environment and be someone who can handle the variety that each day at Wickes brings.
You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.
