You will ensure that all electrical services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with statutory regulations, organisational policies and recognised industry standards.
You will also act as an Authorised Person for designated electrical systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, taking senior responsibility for estate-wide incidents when required.
You will be an effective leader with the ability to develop a highly talented and motivated commercial team as well as build excellent relationships with other business functions, customers, consultants and the supply chain.
You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
You will also be responsible for the instruction and oversight of specialist maintenance contractors and projects. Hours of work are 35 hours p/week, Monday to Friday. One day p/week working from home is permitted. A pro rata salary of up to £53k is offered. Employment would be direct with the 'church'.
