You will play a key role in coordinating engineers, handling work orders and maintaining excellent communication.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.
You must also be able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings and be aware and comply with the provided RAMS. What benefits will you receive?
You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime, you choose.
You will need to diagnose the problem and the understand the requirements to resolve it and give them the confidence to head off on their journey with no further interruptions.
You will be resolving issues in a timely manner and taking ownership of tasks allocated to you, escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd Line Support.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
You will do an 8-hour shift, start time is 7.30am with 45 minutes lunch break.
You will also be required to work an out of hours shift on a 1 week in 3 rota basis.
You will have experience in a similar role within 4–5-star hospitality venue
You will be a professional, who has proven track record of delivering and maintaining standards at the highest level
You will have the ability to resolve complaints and investigate incidents effectively and efficiently
