You will be part of a large and diverse team in which you will be supporting the delivery of engineering solutions for the water environment, whilst furthering your understanding of flood risk, hydrology, hydraulics and water management.
You will be self-motivated, able to make decisions and react quickly to the needs of the business. - Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff and work as part of a team.
You will undertake remedial engineering works to industrial laundry equipment on site as instructed by the Engineering Manager.
You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
You will be responsible for preparing materials and maintaining resources for practical tasks, facilitating the implementation of engaging and inclusive learning activities. This role entails working across all seasons and training cycles to support apprentice learning activities, plant establishment and maintenance.
