You will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the project, working on the pre-con phase of tenders and then take the project through to site delivery.
You will work closely with the MQS and Commercial Manager as well as the client and site team, sometimes autonomously.
You will take full responsibility for managing the bid process from initial opportunity through to contract award.
You will ideally come from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting background and have held one of the following roles: * Pre-Construction Manager / Lead * Senior BID Manager * BID Manager
You will ensure the business is invited to quote as many relevant projects as possible, using a combination of market intelligence platforms, outbound engagement, and long-term relationship building. The role involves a balance of telephone-based activity, face-to-face meetings, site visits, and ongoing contractor engagement.
