Machine Shop Supervisor jobs in Aberdeen

You will join a team of Welders, Fabricators & Pipefitters on site ensuring all tasks are carried out to the highest safety standards while adhering to project requirements & specifications.

You will attend daily toolbox talks, where the team are encouraged to share their knowledge and best practices.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to lead a team, the stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.

You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
