You will be the an experienced Multi Operative within basic plumbing, carpentry, painter/decorator, flooring, tiling and maintenance, working reactive and voids works to cover ideally live in Slough, Windsor, Staines and other areas towards North west London.

You will use your Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365, web browser, AI tool and mobile device knowledge to provide IT technical support.

You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

You will be the first point of call providing software and hardware support to users in their London, Bristol, Leeds and Edinburgh offices.

You will also be involved in architecting scalable AI systems and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions. As part of a small AI/ ML dedicated team (sitting in the tech & product function), you will have a significant contribution to the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models, frameworks, and systems.
