You will work closely with a small, multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing team, developing deep expertise in workshop processes and key equipment while supporting the delivery of innovative engineering solutions. Development Engineer - key responsibilities: Mechanical Design - Supporting the development and refinement of mechanical designs with a strong focus on manufacturability.
You will assist in the implementation of strategic Lean initiatives throughout the Company, leading some Continuous Improvement projects. Main Duties/Responsibilities - Work with manufacturing cell leaders, lean co-ordinator and design engineering to improve process efficiencies
