You will be the relationship manager between various internal departments and the customer. Delivering strong leadership to bring together multiple technical projects while overcoming technical and resource conflicts on time and on budget.
You will ensure suitably qualified operatives are deployed, safe systems of work are in place, and all activities are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting end users to resolve issues, managing complaints effectively and contributing to wider Ministry of Defence objectives, including carbon reduction initiatives.
