You will also be responsible for 3 Transport Planners. Previous people leadership experience is essential as you will be dealing with all employee relations issues, including conducting regular 121s, absence and holiday planning, timekeeping, and training and discipline within your area.
You will be responsible to the Project team for delivering plant and materials, on time as needed by your projects.
You will also provide daily liaison with the project teams and project planners to ensure plant is ordered, recorded, and stored ready for delivery following the project programme.
