You will plan daily workloads against agreed SLAs, coordinate critical logistics, from pharmacy boxes and meal trolleys to laundry, mail, oxygen and gas bottles, and uphold rigorous health and safety standards in every task.

You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on time delivery whilst looking at opportunities for continual improvement.

You will learn from the General Manager, as well as liaising with Stock Control, and other members of the tight-knit office team as you work Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.

You will play a key role in monitoring stock movements, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock availability.

You will ensure the accurate receipt of goods, manage stock locations, and coordinate inbound and outbound transfers with third-party logistics providers.
