You will plan spares production requirements onsite at Worcester to ensure availability of stock.
You will support service engineers in the field with stock queries and order replenishment of stock, to ensure the ‘first time fix’ KPI for our Service department and ultimately, the end customer for heating and hot water.
You will report directly to the Business Unit Director for Northern and Western Europe, based in France. Key responsibilities:
You will also manage new orders, provide service assistance in cooperation with the service manager, spare parts network, and support team in the French HQ.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
