You will work on modern material handling equipment, maintaining high standards of service while building strong working relationships with the customer. This is a hands-on role that suits someone comfortable working independently, while also being supported by local and national technical teams.
You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals
You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.
You will be a key technical authority for Terraform across our Azure Data and AI platforms. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: - Own and lead Terraform-based infrastructure design for Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance by default. - Develop and maintain advanced Terraform modules, standards, and patterns used across multiple teams and environments.
You will design and build APIs that enable products, partners and AI services to work together, including: Building RESTful APIs using C# .
