You will be a property professional surrounded by a team of 300+ in Property Services which includes engineers, building surveyors, structural engineers, architects, landscape architects & embedded fire officers. You will likely have strong technical skills and a working knowledge of structural design software including, TEKLA, TEDDS and CAD, with Revit being a bonus.

You will have begun progression towards Chartership.

You will have gained a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
