You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our blue-chip housebuilding clients. Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with Campaign Managers to develop bid strategies, setting out win themes and aligning the proposal with the client's operational and commercial goals.
You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including familiarisation workshops and accredited bid management courses, supporting your professional growth in the bid management sector.
You will have a strong mechanical engineering background and experience in working with small to medium multidisciplinary teams but also with cross-department collaboration.
You will be to designing and maintaining project schedules for Customer Support and Training initiatives, you’ll also play a crucial role in coordinating project timelines, analysing performance, and driving corrective actions.
