You will be supported, and we will train you in all aspects of the operation, ensuring that you reach excellence in your role. To apply for our Home Delivery Driver position, you must have a current driving licence (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points) and a winning way with people from all walks of life.

You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it

You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if you’re successful, there’ll be a driving assessment when you join us

You will be supported with a 4 to 6 week induction, support from in-house driver training teams

You will like to be an early riser.

You will also enjoy plenty of autonomy.

You will work a defined rotating 5 days a week pattern including weekends. That’s 43 hours a week, although a typical week can sometimes be less than that.

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
